Hi,
As title states im running fw:27.32.4.19,
Since coming back to fitbit i have noticed constant Incorrect Heart rate readings when working out (20-30bpm under what a chest strap and gym hand HR monitors detect).
Also auto detect exercise is no longer working i even adjusted to 10 mins for auto detect elliptical, after 30 mins still not auto detecting, 6 months ago i had no issues now it doesn't even work? just an expensive watch..
What can i do? i have factory reset and re synced to my phone ect ect with no resolution..

Talked to support today...all the could tell me was "soon"...meanwhile I have a waste of $300 bucks strapped to my wrist that can't do anything...not even keep track of steps. I've been walking all day and I have 30 steps on it. The heartrate monitor sensors don't even go on anymore...after installed the last firmware update. Waiting for the newest to become available to see if it fixes the problem that wasn't a problem before I updated.

I have heart issues. I "USE" the heart rate for working out and it is important. I am going to start a new complaint

Yes, for ne, this is the last week with my Ionic. Last chance to solve the probleme.
Unfortunately I don't have an IPhone.
So what's the best alternative es AppleWatch3?
Still no firmware update received. 😞
Still bad service!

Mark

Support got back to me with a pretty Generic response basically like acting like they have never heard about the issue before... lol anyways i gave them the time frames of workouts that have not recorded automatically and the heart rate being so low its laughable they think this is normal..
I hope we get an update to fix soon as i never has issues before fw:27.32.4.19!

Can confirm after receiving FW 27.32.10.15 issue still remains.
The only way i can semi accurately get it to work is by running the manual workout exercise.
Auto detect is flaky still and does not record the correct HR until like 5 mins into the exercise also the onscreen display displays like 99-120HR when in reality its 150-165.
Support is useless and despite having access to my account trying to disprove me as the auto detect did not detect any exercise they then ask for screenshots.. lol come on!
How disappointing.
