I can no longer change the brightness on my Fitbit Iconic. It is stuck on Dim.

Hi @stlclonefan,
1) Scroll to "Settings"
2) Select "Auto"
3) Sync your tracker
After that process, you should be fine.

@stlclonefan A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I would like you to double check that your Ionic isn't set to Sleep Mode, this will set your brightness to dim. To change it, go to your Ionic's settings > swipe down > tap on quick settings > Sleep mode.
Find below more settings that will change if you turn this mode on:
- Notifications don't cause the watch to vibrate or
the screen to turn on.
- The screen's brightness is set to dim.
- The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
- Turning your wrist won't cause the watch's
screen to turn on.
- You see a Sleep Mode icon at the top of the
screen when you swipe up to see your stats
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
