Ionic's GPS stopped working around January

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

December 31 is the last time the watch has tracked GPS.

I have tried:

  1. Factory Reset
  2. Restarting watch
  3. Starting an exercise, then pausing (searching...... on top) and leaving the watch on my driveway(clear sky).  I came back 1 hour later, and the watch still says searching and has eaten about 1/4 of the battery.
  4. Written an app that uses getCurrentPosition api.  That call never responds.

There was a period around January that the screen stopped responding, but that cleared up after 3 days.

Mine has never consistently worked. Maybe 1/3 at best. A few months ago it quit connecting entirely. Garbage. Support is no help.

Funny enough after not working it starting working again 5 days ago, randomly after not working for 6 months(and i would periodically check during all this time).  Have no idea....
