Good morning,
Ever since the last update I struggled to sync my fitbit. But yesterday and for the first time I noticed there was no more green light at the back of my watch and realised the HR doesn't work anymore, as well as the steps and GPS.
I have tried everything recommended on this forum, reset, factory reset, turn HR off and On, etc nothing seems to solve the problem. It looks like after only 1 year of wearing it, it is already dead.
If anyone has an other option I'm all ears as I'd do anything to get my watch back to work.
