Ionic's Heart rate shows "not enough data"

My heart rate during exercise isn’t recording it says not enough data I’ve always got my Fitbit on any one else having this issue

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please clarify if you receive the error message described in your post on your Ionic device or in the Fitbit app? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If possible, please send me an image of the message you receive.
