Over the past week, my Ionic (purchased in December 2018) has required a charge at least three times a day. An example, it was at 100% before I went to bed and when I woke up six (6) hours later, it was down to 25%. My fitbit is up to date. I did a reset a few days ago. I have not added any apps. I did have a Nexia app (uses wi-fi for the thermostat) downloaded on my phone due to replacing one of my AC units. What is the root of the problem?
