The battery drained right down to empty on my Ionic as I lost my charger. Bought a new 3rd party replacement charging cable from Amazon today & my watch still won't charge or switch on.
I have been out this evening & left it on charge for nearly 3 hours but there is still no charge.
Fitbit app says "Empty battery". Please help! 😢

Hi @AJFromTheCafe best charger is always an authentic Fitbit one. You try restarting it?

Nothing will work, as the battery is completely drained... no signs of life whatsoever.
No lights when contacts are rubbed... nothing happening when I try to restart or turn the watch back on.
