Hi guys! I have been using Fitbit ionic for a while now but because I thought it is full water proof I used it in a swimming and now the battery is not lasting more than 3 to 4 hours. 

 

But the problem is that I am from India and I am able to get any solution how to get it replaced in india or repair it. 

 

Request you guys to please please help me out!

 

I am in india , Delhi.

Thanks for getting in touch about this. I appreciate that you mentioned you're in India, Fitbit doesn't have any repaired center. However, I'll be happy to help you sort this out. 

 

I would like you to make sure you've fully charged your Ionic and followed these tips to extend your Ionic's battery life.
