My battery from fully charged lasts around 6 hrs, I've switched off all the unnecessary actions and have been told to monitor the battery life by the 'chat' team. I'm really disappointed with the Ionic, this is the second one since December.
Anyone got any ideas? Been told that they won't replace it as it's my second watch. I have job number as logged already.

A warm welcome to the Community @Sticklebrix. Thanks for letting me know that you've contacted our Support team.
Sorry to hear that your Ionic's battery life isn't lasting as expected. It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hi I had this problem when I had downloaded some extra apps onto my ionic. I removed them all reset back to factory settings and it solved the issue. Fine for me as I wasn’t bothered by the apps (I just want the exercise ones) but not so good if you do want them. All in all & in my opinion, it’s an OK (not great) sports watch but a rubbish smart watch. Hope things improve for you!

@Sticklebrix move to another brand, it is the best option that we have.

Basically buying something else is really your only solution at this point. If your first watch would still be under warranty they have to replace the second one per their own support team. After that you are going to be offered 40% off a Vera Lite or 25% off another device.
