Ionic's battery life not lasting

I have had my fitbit ionic for 1.25 years and I have to charge my watch twice a day.. its bad. I thought my apple battery from a generation 1 watch was bad. This sucks because I cant track everything I do. Its either track sleep or my day activity.

Your Fitbit Ionic's battery can last up to 5 days. Since your battery isn't lasting a day. I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you through email.
