The battery on my Ionic went flat and now won’t recharge. I’ve tried restarting it, cleaned connections, purchased new charger but nothing is working. I’ve left it in the charger for 24hrs with no result. It’s only a year old. Really disappointed that I’m having issues

Am having the same issue too. Ionic is not charging, i have shut it down a few times and tried to charge but it will not.

I’m having the same issue! I’ve cleaned, let charged all day, tried new charger, all to no avail. I love my ionic, and very sad it’s not working....

I have the same issue. I stopped using my Ionic for a few months. It was working fine then but when I plug it in to recharge it, the screen stays totally black with no indication it is charging. I have tried two chargers and the contacts on the watch and charging cable are clean.

Did not work for me. Tried several times then tried holding down all buttons 45 seconds but to no avail. Thanks, though. I’ll try calling Customer Service.
