I’m having the same issue a lot of people here are with the brightness on my Ionic. It’s stuck on Dim and I still can’t change it after a reset.

@Allywag Welcome back to the Fitbit Community! Thank you for getting in touch about this.
I would like you to confirm that you've double checked that your Fitbit Ionic isn't on "Sleep Mode" because this will set your Ionic's screen setting to dim, instructions about this could be checked here.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Mine is doing the same thing. Have you had any updates?
My Fitbit ionic just started having these issues. Brightness, Sleep Mode, Do Not Disturb, and Screen Wake are all grayed
out under the settings icon. I cannot make any adjustments. I have restarted my Ionic and I have reset to factory settings. No difference. These settings still are not available for me.
That is all the same problems I am having. I just got my replacement ionic at the end of July and shortly after there was an update. Now I can’t adjust any of the settings the you mentioned. Frustrated.

Check to make sure your phone is not in sleep mode. If it is the brightness option will be grayed out. Once out of sleep mode all the options will brighten back up and be usable.
