Ionic's display not turning on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Here's where I'm at and how I got there:

Ionic was working this morning.

started tracking a workout.

at some point the screen went dark and wouldn’t turn on.

rebooting only brought logo up, it went out and stayed dark.

removed device from fitbit app

did factory reset (3 button)

Added device to fitbit

It got into step 2 of the setup, the downloading part.

It failed not much past 1%.

attempts to reconnect failed.

removed device from app again.

Moderator edit: Updated subject for clarity

at present no logo on reboot or 3-button, device can’t be found.

battery was over 90% when all this started.
