Hi , I've been using my ionic now for a year almost exact to the day, and today I had 36% battery left. It now wont switch on. Tried the reset and factory reset nothing happens. Plug in to charge and the back gets very warm but nothing happens.
How do i raise a ticket for possible warranty claim?
