My ionic does not keep accurate track of my heart rate and does not stay stay synced with my iPhone. I called Fitbit two times now one about 8 weeks ago and one about 4 weeks ago. Fitbits reply is that there is an issue with the software and are working on a fix, I just want to know how long I have to wait for the fix?

If the current track record is any indication, you will be waiting for quite a while to come. Many of these issues have existed since the Ionic was released over a year ago. While fixes have been released, they have not seemed to consistently correct these issues for all users.
