Ionic's heart rate not working

My heart rate monitor is not working on my Ionic. I tried cleaning it and shutting it down.  It started about 5 days ago when it didn’t track my sleep score and then last night it didn’t track anything.  No heart beat on my monitor.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Hi,
It is not flashing. I reset it back to factory settings and then tried reloading it and my Fitbit app says it‘s connected to my watch but just spins and never downloads.
