Ionic's reminders to Move not working

I’ve seen this commonly throughout the fitbit threads, they are marked solved but NO PROVIDED SOLUTIONS work for me. I got my ionic’s reminders to move to work for 1 day, and now it isnt working. I’ve tried Synching, resetting it 3 times, syncing, making sure do not disturb is off, etc. but I CANNOT get the reminders to move to work for more than a day.

@TaylorTypo Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

 

Thanks for the troubleshooting tried and the research done prior to posting. 

 

I would like you to make sure you've done this procedure to set up reminders to move. Keep in mind that you will receive a reminder only when you haven't walked 250 steps in an hour. Can you let me know how often do you receive reminders to move when it works?
