Ionic's screen wake turning on even when it's on manual

Okay screen wake is set to manual in settings. It is also set to manual in quick setting and it will not stop turning on every time I move. 

 

so I reset my iconic by holding all the buttons until it goes black. 

I installed all updates. 

now the stupid thing won’t Calibrate. And again I held all the buttons and reset it and still won’t calibrate or stay manual screen (even thought all settings are set to manual). 

please help this is a watch that’s under a year old.
