I’m just sitting in my chair upstairs while working from home and Iconic is going crazy saying my heart rate is 110-140 and I have 14k steps when it should be 1000-2000 steps max. I have reset/started it several times, tried syncing it. But keeps on doing the same thing.

Update.. only way to get it to stop counting steps when it’s sitting on the table is to remove the watch from the app/account and reconnect it. I did this yesterday afternoon. It worked accurately after that until midnight. Then from 12am until 7am when I woke up it had 55k steps while it was on my bedside table. Removed it again from the app and it’s now working again. Sounds like yet again another bug with the application.

I appreciate that you mentioned when you unpaired and paired again, your Ionic started tracking your steps correctly. If you continue to experience this, please let me know.
