Ionic's touch screen not working

Touch screen stopped working, I factory reset it but no luck. Can someone help?

I DID have a resolved case with them.  As I described on my call, after a hard reset, the touchscreen works, temporarily.  During that call, that's what they had me perform, so at that minute in time, my Fitbit was working. However, shortly thereafter, it went back to being unresponsive and has continued in that pattern. Please escalate my response and forward to your support team.
