I've had an IONIC for over 2 years and this is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks that I've encountered this issue. Once my work out is done and I end the session on my watch, I see that the stats are there. When I sync my watch to my apple iPhone it does not upload the workout or show a work out was completed.
I did a hard reset and the same issue persists.
I now have to manually add the workout to my phone which defeats the purpose of having a watch that can sync.
How do I fix this??!!! Would hate to venture outside of FITBIT watches.

@xochitlxochitl It's nice to see you on the Community.
Thanks for getting in touch about your activities not syncing to your app. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
I would like you to make sure you restarted your Ionic following the tips on this article. If you did, please reply to the following questions:
- Which exercises were you doing when this happened?
- Are your exercises tracked with SmartTrack syncing to your app?
Keep me posted!
