When I go to sync my ionic it says I need to turn my Bluetooth on which it’s on the phone and I’ve tried other Bluetooth devices on my phone and they work but can not get my Fitbit to work I deleted device and rebooted Fitbit and now I can’t get it back on the phone cause it says turn Bluetooth device on which it is. Need help thanks.

It's great to see you around @Tlp815. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
It's pretty weird that your phone is asking you to turn on Bluetooth when it seems that's turned on as you've tried it with other devices. In this case, I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting, even though you've tried some steps already, please follow the whole procedure.
If you're still experiencing the same, please let me know which mobile device you're using.

Ok so I figured out the problem with the Bluetooth after I was on the phone with customer service but the girl at customer service had me rebooting my Fitbit and know it won’t come back on and it’s only a year old so if you have a suggestion on how to get my Fitbit ionic to turn back on that would be great. Thanks
