Ionic says download app

I have done a factory reset on ionic due to the steps not counting or bpm. Now it just says download app. I have uninstalled app  re installed app still it says download app ???

Hi, and welcome to the Community!

 

Having done a factory reset you will need to go through the setup process again to reconnect your fitbit to the app.

 

On the main screen of the app, select your profile image at the top left and then select "set up a device". This will then step you through the process. All your data, badges etc will be retained.
