Ionic app keeps saying “syncing apps” and my steps are not transferring over to my ActiveFit app. Whyyyyyyy????

If your Ionic isn't syncing, please try this troubleshooting. Could you provide me with a picture or a screenshot of the message you're receiving?
Regarding your inquiry about Fitbit not syncing with ActiveFit app, you may want to revoke access to it, follow the steps mentioned in this article.
