Ionic says that this app requires permission

Hiya my Fitbit is saying (this app requires permission to be granted) I have do anything possible to fix it and cant . Please help thanks Anita

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I would like to confirm if you're trying to install an app or a clock face? Some apps require certain permissions in order to work properly, such as access to the internet or the ability to run in the background.
