It's on it vibrates and it lights up but it's just a dark screen. it won't reset. Is it trash now?

Hi @Xavier1pl - if its on does it sync with the Fitbit App?
Does it respond to swipe?
If the display is just dim it might be in sleep mode.
if it syncs then try changing clock face from the Fitbit App, in case the current clock face has a fault..
Would advise against a factory reset [it may destroy the watch] but a restart may help - How do I restart my Fitbit device?
