Ionic screen black, unable to reboot

My ionic died on me while I was charging it overnight. No display and no lights from the back. Nothing was done before that. Once in a while when the charging cable was plugged in, 0% is shown but I know that my watch was fully charged. Today I managed to plug in charging cable and do a sync with my iphone. But the ionic died immediately upon finish syncing. Pls help. There is no service centre in Singapore. I didn’t buy a $450 watch just to see it die on me in two months.

Hi @Zan.N - Have you tried to manually restart your tracker? See the instructions in the link below. If you have and still no luck, I'd suggest reaching out to customer support.

Hi Ozzie, thanks for your help. After about two weeks of help from Fitbit Support, they have decided that I will receive a new Ionic as my current Ionic is beyond redemption.

Hi Ozzie. Thanks for your recommendation to refer to customer service. After going through all the troubleshooting process, the Fitbit team is kind enough to provide me with an all-expenses DHL collection of my faulty Ionic to them, and issuing me with a replacement.
