My screen fell out of my original Iconic while on a walk in Scotland. Fitbit replaced it, however, about a year later the screen has fallen out the replacement too.
The warranty is now over for my original Iconic, but I've only had the replacement for a year and the same thing has happened.
I never wore either the original or replacement Fitbit in the shower or bath etc. and I live in North England so it's not like it is hot enough to melt the glue!
Tried contacting support and they said I'd get an email about it but not heard anything back.
Any suggestions welcome! :]
