On saturday my screen started to jump around/flicker, then has went completely black and unresponsive. My device does connect to bluetooth, and is still tracking.
Tried restart, but cant see if it is doing anything, same with reset.
And yes, it is a house of pain.
Should i ship it back?
Moderator edit: Subject for clarity
Thanks
Jim

Based on the other with same problem. If you got warranty you get a new one, if not, too bad for you, buy a new one!

My ionic just died!! App shows full battery and Bluetooth is working. I Googled it and it seems like thousands upon thousands of once proud Fitbit owners are having the same issue with little help from Fitbit itself. Please tell me my options, I honestly don't want to hammer you guys in these forums but it seems like that's what many are left to do.

A few weeks ago my Ionic died. Stuck on 0% battery, no charge, no reset, nothing, called, and I got a replacement. Now the replacement died. Same thing. Same problem. Please help.
