Ionic screen display looks like barcode

My Ionic was having problems syncing last week and was not showing heart rate. I restarted it and it worked fine for 3 days, then today the display is acting up. It will show the time and main screen for a few seconds then goes to a colorful barcode like display. Have tried resetting a few times and the Fitbit logo looks like a blue line and still looks like a barcode. Can't swipe to othe screens or apps, so can't get to settings. Help!

Same thing happened to my six month old ionic then screen stopped working, took it back to where I bought and they gave me a New Ionic on the spot.

I'm having the same trouble with mine and it also doesn't sync to my phone can't get messages or anything

Still not working tried restart several times and factory reset and still the same. Will have to contact support, since no support person has replied to this.

Contacted support and did a live chat. Went through steps to restart and then did factory reset. Still no change, so they are sending a replacement since it is under warranty still.
