My Fitbit ionic keeps randomly vibrating and the screen has not been lighting up for a few days now. I have tried to restart it and charge it but nothing is working...

Look carefully. I bet the face is cracked from the inside out. Woke up to your situation. I’m a careful and sporadic user over 7 months. This is not covered and the face can’t be replaced.  You have to purchase a new watch if you don’t have the extended warranty.
