Anyone have a problem with their ionic screen glitching out, drifting out, and fading at time. Mine has and has become useless. I've rebooted and factory reset to no avail.

Thank you for replying to my post. I still have had no reply from costumer service on this issue. How would they reach me ? Here with a message or email because I have not seen a reply either way.

I have been experiencing such issue for long time. Factory reset didn't help so it's more likely a hardware issue. In my case the screen after waking up fades in and after a few seconds is unreadable and I can see "ghosts" of previous screens while scrolling.

Hello @Asthmajoyride and @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for bringing this up.
@Asthmajoyride I could see that our support team sent you an email back in May. Could you check if maybe it was filtered to some other folder by accident? If not, please let me know.
@SunsetRunner Our support team will be getting in touch with you as well. Please be sure to keep an eye on your email's folders as I mentioned above.
Keep me posted on how it goes or if I can help you with anything else.

I've been having the same problem for the past two months. The screen comes on and quickly fades into an illegible ghostly image of "screens past". I can't make anything out and this is particularly frustrating when checking my stats during workouts. I've tried changing watch faces, updating, restarting and resetting to factory settings: nothing changed. I am starting to doubt the quality of the Ionic since it broke in less than a year of careful use.
