Hello
Having enjoyed using my Fitbit it was a surprise when I went to sync today and noticed my Home Screen is faded and occasionally displays horizontal blackout lines. I also encountered some half screen distortion when resetting the Fitbit - advice would certainly be appreciated

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue by doing a restart. I recommend checking if your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device?
