Ionic screen fading

I have my ionic 8 months. Currently my screen hardly lights up. I have recharged and restarted several times. After restaring it does sync with the app on my iphone, so it seems to work but can hardly see the screen. The top part of the screen lights up slightly more but still allmost invisible... Any tips?

Since restarts didn't work, the next step is a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset which returns the tracker to the way it was when you unboxed it.  You will be given detailed instructions to start all over again.  Sync your tracker before you do this or you will lose today's stats.

Factory reset did not work either, but a moderator connected me with customer service from which I did not expect a lot as I could not find my receipt....

One big positive experience, my receipt was not even asked and within days I got a replacement device delivered on my doorstep (not even a few steps back to the store needed, like fitbit does not like you to move 😉)

I’m having the same issue. Multiple resets, and factory reset and still fading. It’s like the face of the watch is dying.

Wow! I’m very disappointed with Fitbit. After talking via chat I was told my watch is out of warranty and I can have 50% off a new watch. I’m not sure why I’d spend another $125 for a new watch when the old one only lasted a year and a half. I’ve had fitbits from the very beginning. Fitbit has lost a customer. Really wish they would stand behind their product.
