My Ionic is frozen with the logo on the screen. No longer vibrates and does not connect via Bluetooth. No indication of imminent failure. I have tried the two button and three button resets. Did not help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @DSNgirl.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:
1. Force quit the app and restart your phone.
2. Connect the watch to the charging cable.
3. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
4. Tap Set Up a Device.
5. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for your suggestion. As I cannot get the the Fitbit Ionic to pair to my IPhone or IPad, your suggested fix did not work. Any suggestions on how I can force a connection via Iphone or IPad to my Ionic?

Thank you for your reply, @DSNgirl.
I am sorry to hear the issue persists, thank you for your efforts. You can manually sync your watch by following the instructions in How do I manually sync my tracker or watch? For troubleshooting instructions to resolve the syncing issue, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Since you're using several devices for syncing, your watch is trying to connect to both and the Bluetooth connection can be interfered. Check if having another device not nearby or turning off Bluetooth on it helps.
Hope this gets you back on track.
