My Fitbit screen has just gone black and isn’t responding to anything.
I have tried the reset by pressing the left button and the bottom right one which I think does restart it but the screen still remains black
Can anybody help?
fitbit is less than a year old

@Martin33, if your won't respond when you try to restart it, you will need to contact Support. Click on the Help link at the bottom of this page, and then select Get Support link on the help page that opens.
