Ionic screen is black but my phone says its on and working

My Ionic is connected to my phone and every time i get a message it vibrates as it always has, but the last couple of days the screen will not light up at all. I have restarted the watch, or i atleast think i have, hard to tell because only the green light on the inside that picks up the heart rate is on. I do not even get a start up screen with the fitbit logo. So i recently let its battery die all the way out, (thought maybe it was frozen or something) and after recharging it back up my phone said it was charged and the screen was still black. It still vibrates when i get notifications. Thoughts on how to fix it?

@Wturner1214, did you recently change the clock face on the Ionic?  Some users have reported this problem with some clock faces.  Use your app to change the clock to a different one, and then sync the tracker and see if it comes back to life.
