My screen went dark and now my watch is acting as if it's off and it will not come on.

A warm welcome to the Community @Slim-shaddy. Thank you for the details that you've mentioned. I would like you to try restarting it and try charging it but this time change USB ports.

I updated the app and the watch. Both were completed today!  It did not work.

I still have the original problem..

I did a live chat with Alex but the update for watch(ionic) took a long while and we were disconnected.  I am a senior citizen and use the Fitbit on many levels and miss it!  Please help!  My screen is totally blank yet it syncs with  the app.

I need the information on the watch!

i look forward to your speedy reply and fix!

Great to see you around @aprilvikings. I was reviewing your other posts in the forums and I noticed that you mentioned that you already had a case with our Support team, if you have any questions about the resolution that you were given, you can contact them back.

Rest assure that each case is reviewed individually and the option that's provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty
