Ionic screen is pixelated and won't swipe after an update

Hi,

I had an update on thursday (UK) on my Ionic and set it away all seemed to be ok until I went to check notifications (swiping down) as it didnt respond (notifications were coming through as could read them as they pinged). I went to try and check settings for any changes but could not scroll through the menu, it seemed that the screen wasnt responding properly to input of my finger.

I thought it was the screen protector that I had on it and water had got inbetween that and the screen, so when I had time I took the protector off but problem still presisted.

I also tried changing clock faces a few times but nothing seemed to work.

I decided to do a Factory reset on the Ionic (remove from fitbit app and from bluetooth list, hold the three bottons until fitbit logo then remove finger from bottom right until vibrate), when it rebooted the fitbit logo was pixalated so much you could not tell it was the logo, so essentially bricked.

I cant exactly remember when I got this watch but it hasnt seemed to last very long at all and it seems to be a fitbit update that has caused this problem....

Is there anyway to get this sorted?

Thank you for your time
