Ionic screen is popping out

 I've just noticed this morning after going for a walk that the screen on my ionic is starting to pop out in one corner and has now worked it's way up the entire side of the fitbit.only had it for 6 months so not happy after investing $450

You will need to contact Fitbit support, they will be able to discuss your options with you.

When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors just as my friend @N8teGee suggested. 

 

However, I have reached out to our support team and created a case regarding your inquiry. Someone will be reaching out to you within the next 24-72 hours with next steps. Smiley Very Happy

My wife just had this issue with hers.  Unfortunately it was at the 14 month point...not under warranty.  This should be the last thing to happen to this watch regardless of the 12 month warranty.  What did fitbit reply with?  Here's 25% off to buy another one.  Not what a reputable company should do in my opinion.
