I have had my ionic for almost 1 year and love it, then this. (Purchased April18, 2019) It started out like the watch had frozen and wouldn’t come on. If I waited a few minutes it would start working again and would work normally for several days. This started happening more frequently so a couple of days ago I turned it off and restarted it. Seemed to work for about 4 days until today. This afternoon it wouldn’t come on and nothing I tried would work. I tried to shut it off but I can’t see the screen so I don’t know if it turned off. Tried to turn it back on anyway but still couldn’t see anything. I put it on the charger and the screen flashed on and off 2 or 3 times and then back off and now nothing again. It did show 58% charge when it flashed on and off.
What do I do now? And what can I do with the watch! It is useless right now, it’s still syncing with my app on my Samsung A50 it just doesn’t display anything. Help please.
