Please help, ionic just started not responding to touch, can’t get to additional sports etc, battery life just falling out and when trying to charge it reports insufficient power , bought new charger but still same issue. Tried holding all buttons to reset but no joy.
please help.

Regarding the issue with battery life, let me share that our team started to release a new version of the Fitbit app which brings fixes to bugs and improvements. Hi, you have kindly agreed to my watch being returned, I have supplied the required information for you to produce a shipping label, several times over the last two weeks, but have still not received the label. I have even asked how long should I wait, but no responses.
Please can you advise? Or better still, supply the return label so I can get my replacement ionic.
