I got my ionic in December 2017. Recently, the home screen with the clock face is functional but I’m unable to swipe up to review the stats. The buttons are functional but I can’t swipe up or to the left to see stats or select operations (I.e. starting an exercise log). I tried to restart the Fitbit holding down the left button and bottom right button. It successfully restarting the Fitbit but the issue persists. Please help! I’m out of the 2-year warranty period :(!!!
