Ionic screen partially failed

When I woke up this morning the ionic screen was mostly black and a few icons visible.  I have tried a reset and get the whole logo but then it seems to switch off immediately.  I had recharged last night.

Does the screen seem to be working correctly after the factory reset?

As for repairing to your phone, try first going into the Bluetooth settings on your phone and then unpairing from there, also go on to the fitbit app on your phone and remove the Ionic from your account. Restart your phone after this and then try the setup process again, it should hopefully work this time.

As you have already tried restarting the device by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 (I would advise trying this a few more times), the only thing really left to try before contacting customer support is a factory reset. This can be done by going to the settings app on you Ionic - scrolling down to about - scrolling down to factory reset. If you can't see the screen properly to perform the above steps, you can also try the method below.

On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This will trigger the 2-button hardware restart after about eight seconds.

- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, whilst continuing to hold the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.

- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.

- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

Thank you for your suggestion.  I managed the master reset and it came up with the set up screen.  I am trying to repair but it doesn’t seem to be working.  The code cam up and my phone says it is pairing but nothing appears to be happening.  Any ideas?

It appears to be working as normal now.  Thank you so much.  I can move again now and not waste steps.  Going for a jog to celebrate.
