As of yesterday night my Ionic watch keeps saying unlock with your phone. No matter what button I press on the watch I get the same message. I dont see any place on the Fitbit App where it says unlock with your phone. Help!!
I also have a message on my Firbit phone app that there is an update for my watch... but I cant get my watch to do the update. Both my phone and watch are 100% charged and they are both synced on bluetooth but the update wont go thru!!! What do I do? I have tried doing the update 15 times!!!

You fitbit locks if you enter the wrong PIN too many times. As long as your fitbit and phone are still paired then you can reset this from the app. Instructions for doing that are in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2250/

From your ionic settings, after taping on device lock, you will be asked to enter your phones unlock code. Then you will be able to change the pin.
