Ionic screen shows lines with white background

I’ve had this watch for maybe 4 months and the screen quit working.  Just shows dark vertical lines and a bright whit background. It’s seems to still connect and talk with phone but useless other wise.  Anyone else have this issue?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
