My screen stopped working on my ionic. It was being a bit slow and unresponsive and then suddenly had lines across the screen, I tried resetting at which point the screen stopped working all together. It was was still connecting to my phone though but now it won't even do that and I can't reconnect it.
Very frustrating and from reading other posts I am not hopeful of a good resolution from Fitbit!

This just happened to me yesterday after working just fine for two years. I spent the morning on Fitbit's live chat. Reset the watch several times, changed the clock face, then they tell me my watch is outside of the warranty window. I have been a Fitbit customer since the beginning, very understanding to the business, and a huge advocate over the years. This is clearly a defective product that Fitbit needs to issue a recall if they want to keep loyal customers.

Yeah it's so disappointing, it's my third Fitbit (had a flex 1 and then flex 2) and the only one I have had an issue with. I was shocked at the number of people who have had issues with the ionic when I started googling it!

Agree. This is my third fit bit and decide to go all the way with the Ionic... I hope they find a solution because all I can think of is that it's a firmware compatibility issue. Fingers crossed!

My ionic was out of warranty so I was offered a 25% discount. Don't think Fitbit are aware it is cheaper on amazon even with their 'discount'. Also not sure if I want to replace a tracker I spent £299 on two and half years ago with zero guarantees that the same problem won't happen again!
