Hi

My screen swipe has stopped working as of 3 days ago.  I have done the left and lower button reset five times with to no effect. I can't get to settings to do a factory reset. Only the bottom right button does anything and sends me to alarms. It has also started eating battery much more quickly.  Any ideas?
