My fitbit is new 2 weeks i got it as a replacement i disabled the fitbit whilst trying to unlock it with the phone i pressed forget device so my fitbit is removed from my account and i tried to put it back in my account but it is not saying what the code is it is only saying unlock using phone please help me

Having removed it from your account I don't know how (or if) it's possible to unlock it. If nobody is able to help here then I would contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com

Oh it is possible @SteveH but the best thing is not to remove the tracker from the account when you are told to go to your account to unlock the device.
Once unlocked, please set the pin for Fitbit pay only.
Fitbit OS hardware reset.
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This will trigger the 2-button hardware restart after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, whilst continuing to hold the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

When the device specifically States to unlock with phone, I'm at a loss as to why one would remove said device from their account and phone.
