Hi.
The last couple of days I have been having problems with my Ionic.
I bought one and a half years ago, but the last couple of months I haven’t been using it so much.
two weeks ago I decided to start using it again, but the last couple of days the Ionic have been acting up.
1: The screen goes into this glitch prosess where it’s going through all the “pages”, starting a random app.
suddenly the music startet playing on my phone during a meeting.
2: The screen, when trying to wake up, turns it self off in just a second or less. So resetting to factory settings is very difficult.
3: It won’t sync to my phone, iOS 13.3.
4: App says that Bluetooth is not connected, even tho my phone still says connected.
I’ve tried factory reset three times, deleted the app and reinstalled it, not connecting it with my phone, tried to connect with Android, but nothing helps.
My SO and me, bought our watch the same day, but he is not experiencing and problems at all.
Any suggestions?
